- Achieving Metal sales goals and logistics service targets by cultivating and maintaining customer relationships whilst putting a key focus on revenue generation and product invoicing up to minimum of US$150 million.
- Key Accounts Management to retain existing relationships and grow share of business through proper involvement in Accounts payable (KMP AP section US$0.6 million ) and handling of all transport and services invoices.
- Collaborating all metal sales and logistics activities with upper management to implement continuous improvements and exceed team goals by managing metal sales and reconciliations.
- Tracking Mine production and quality control systems to proactively identify deficiencies - systems control and managing weighbridge operations with government institutions - Zambia Weight and Measures (ZMA).
- Handling one-on-one meetings with sales and logistics team members with service providers -transporters to identify selling and logistics hurdles and offering insight into best remedy, and focusing on truck drivers safety and business operations.
- Compiling and analyzing metal sales sales and logistics data to determine approaches to improve sales and performance improvements.
- Resolving technical and logistics problems with high-profile customers such Bank of Zambia (BoZ) to maintain relationships and increase local revenue base on a monthly basis.
- Planned and supervised all Mine product (copper concentrates, copper anodes , copper cathodes , gold and silver bullion , sulphuric acid shipments from production to end-users and scheduled daily and weekly routes.
