Summary

My work experience in the main sector on underground machines it's now 6years on different machine. like for SANDVIK - DD320 Boomer and for Epiroc M2C Boomer, 281 boomer, boltec 235, scoop tram ST-14. I have mostly worked on the Boomers doing maintenance service and part of doing breakdowns for the machine. I did my online training program under Epiroc technical level 1 diploma and technical level 2 diploma with certificates. I envision myself with good leadership skills with good driving force towards work and I can assure you that I will put in my best effort to take the company to next level also to follow company code of conduct

  • To ensure everyone is wearing proper PPE and to follow up safety procedure, attend the pre-shift meetings
  • To ensure we do a job safety environment analysis (JSEA) before any work.
  • To inspect the machine as the checklist, confirm machine status with the operator, record the defects on the checklist and get it signed
  • To ensure the standard service activities is carried out on time and the backlog maintenance for the machine is well arranged before the service
  • To ensure that I take full responsibility for the task given and to give a quality service
  • To ensure the Operation hours for the machine are well collected - engine hours / percussion hours / compressor hours and also to ensure that the checklist for that machine is well checked and done before start of shift and end of shift.
  • To ensure the main power cable on the machine is tested before doing the maintenance service and to check all the pressure are correctly set to machine standard
  • To ensure that all spare parts used on the machine are recorded by name and part numbers in hold to know the next backlog request and also writing a report at the end of the shift.
