I'm a highly dedicated and skilled Nurse-Midwife Unit Leader with with 3 years of experience in Managing Health care teams and ensuring smooth operations of the Hospital at MBHS Ndola. I have done Hospital coverage work several times Managing the Hospital over the weekends and holidays writing critical daily reports to the managers at the end of each shift with adequate feedback.

In 2018 i was selected among the best (3) three Nurse-Midwives in Zambia from Central, Luapula and Western provinces to represent the country in Beijing -China. About 17 Countries world wide were present. It was a 4 months training programe in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Techniques for Developing Nations. I was the team representative for Zambia and i delivered a key note presentation about Zambia and its Health care system at the Beijing International Conference Center in PRC.
