Career Objectives

  • To enhance my knowledge and comprehension of corporate law issues, including, but not limited to labour issues, various corporate agreements, corporate incorporation issues, tax issues, intellectual property rights, corporate financing and securities; and corporate governance; alternative dispute resolution, both at local and international level; and to sharpen my skills in negotiating and/or litigating various areas of the law.
