Ensuring the smooth operation and security of the organization's information and communication technology infrastructure and systems which included provision of technical support to users, managing ICT resources, implementing and maintaining solutions, and contributing to the development of ICT strategies and policies.
- Technical Support and Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering training on ICT tools and systems.
- ICT Infrastructure Management: Ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of the ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
- System Implementation and Maintenance: Implementation and maintenance of UNICEF's core ICT systems such as ERPs, SharePoint Online and other local office requirements
- ICT Policy and Strategy: Contribution to the development of ICT policies, guidelines, and strategies, including those related to Technology for Development (T4D).
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address ICT needs, and to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Security and Risk Management: Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ICT systems and data, and managing risks related to ICT security and business continuity.
- Innovation and Technology for Development: Supporting the implementation of innovative ICT solutions for UNICEF programs, including mobile platforms, data analysis tools, and digital business process tools.
- Resource Management: Managing ICT resources, including hardware, software, licenses, and contracts.
