This coupled with more than a decade of work experience at various levels in different organizations means that seldom meet challenges that I totally fail to hurdle. I have an appreciation of different insurance policies, reading and interpreting financials statements, Service Level agreements, Conflict Management, Leadership, Relationship management, technical underwriting, general operation of business at branch and regional level am highly adept at Customer satisfaction and retention, Customer relationship management, Enhancing product promotion channels, business intelligence and Marketing Strategy formulation and implementation. In addition to the afore mentioned, branch operation skills and figuring out quick-fire solutions to both routine and unique problems have been my forte.
