  • Working with all ADP staff/partners to harmonize planning and collection of monitoring data required for different systems, that is, Sponsorship Tracking Enhancement Program (STEP), Core HIV/AIDS Response Monitoring System (CHARMS), and the Reaching HIV-Affected People with Integrated Development and Support (RAPIDS) Project to minimize wasteful duplication of efforts
  • Ensuring that all technical staff and partners at the ADP level use the participatory data collection tools that will have been developed/adapted/refined by the ADP
  • Ensuring that the electronic monitoring system is developed (has linked monthly, semi-annual, annual spreadsheets) which are updated on a monthly basis to show the program performance against targets
  • Ensuring that all ADP staff/partners meet at least once per month to review program performance (using the information generated by the different monitoring systems at the ADP)
