Currently working with Saint Gobain Manufacturing company as a Territory Manager for Zambia. My responsibilities include managing all sales activities in the country, achieving growth and sales targets by successfully managing the Distributors. To develop a Sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Recruite new distributors and provide practical product training for the sale representatives. Monitor and analyse competitor activities and devise plans to offer the best solutions to customers. To develop project bank for the territory, manage early involvement and follow ups to ensure specification for Group solutions and fulfilment of requirements. To identify customer needs and opportunities for new products and promotional activities to enhance business growth. I am a self motivated prospective individual, I identify and seize opportunities, strive for and promote excellence in performance as well as participate effectively in team based information sharing environment, helping to develop my competence and that of my co-workers. I also possess openness to new ideas, with a willingness to change. I work with minimum supervision and enjoy working in a group.
