As a BD Specialist Talent Acquisition and HR Advisory, My role is to build, grow and sustain the AMSCO commercial business portfolio by providing cutting edge Talent Management and HR Advisory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Recruitment and Talent Management strategies for all AMSCO Client portfolio
  • Strategic sourcing and Headhunting
  • Acting as partner to client's recruiting team and hiring managers in interviewing candidates and formulating employment offer terms.
  • Assisting various client’s in developing their strategies and provide feasible solutions in with regards to organizational change, talent management and managing staff turnover
  • Recruit, place and onboard Technical Experts under Enterprise Development Programme EDP
