  • Established MTN Distribution structures within Muchinga Province that facilitated the growth of MTN Market share from 48% to 54% in the province within 6months with an eight-fold revenue growth
  • Developed and supported distribution structures that led to business takeoff into profitable venture of TelCare Ltd Uganda _ Orange partnership

Oke-ssions (U) Ltd:

  • Developed the Business from scratch to 11500 Customer base with a monthly sale returns of USD. 70,000 within 2years

Sports Betting Africa:

  • Developed a wide sales network boosted by a motivated sales force that resulted into monthly sales returns growth from USD. 62,000 to USD. 540,000 within 5 months, making me Employee of the Year 2008 . This further grew to USD. 1 Million in one year.

UnoPhone (U) Ltd:

  • Introduced and consistently grew the business from scratch to a 25-man regional sales force with an outreach of 2,500 village phone operators and an average of 37,500 beneficiaries (of the village phone services)
  • Creating a new Bulk Sales department hence migrating the business from B2C to B2B that cutting running costs by 60% and having a bigger footprint by 30%
