I have over-hauled and restored two (2) vehicles from scrap., People management - I have managed a team of 5 people before with different expertise in driving, repairing and maintenance. The team has been well-knitted together. In attesting to this, my current supervisor (Cecilia Nanyangwe) had this to say about my people management skills during appraisal; "Your people management and team skills can clearly be noticed in the cohesion and effectiveness of your team.", Accountability - In my role I have been been faithful to the promise I make to the campanies and clients/customers.
