Additional Information

Respectable Engine Systems, Transmission Systems and Chassis Systems skills. This is perhaps one of my major strengths. I do it over and over to aim for vehicle maximum functionality and reliability. I am passionate to the art of being a Mechanic. Some people have provided feedback such as: "Brian is good at Engine, Transmission and Chassis Systems." I have over-hauled and restored two (2) vehicles from scrap., People management - I have managed a team of 5 people before with different expertise in driving, repairing and maintenance. The team has been well-knitted together. In attesting to this, my current supervisor (Cecilia Nanyangwe) had this to say about my people management skills during appraisal; "Your people management and team skills can clearly be noticed in the cohesion and effectiveness of your team.", Accountability - In my role I have been been faithful to the promise I make to the campanies and clients/customers. I have never been displined for fraud or failure to follow the rules of my employers. I have faithfully saved companies for the past 3 years and in my course of duty, I have fulfilled on commitments to conduct all aspects of high quality automotive inspections and repairs by the required time., Team work - Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary for company cohesiveness. My colleagues have told me that I fit well everywhere and help even others with difficulties so that we win as a team. My previous training manager has told me several times that I am a team player and very determined craftsperson., Communication - In my course of duty I have learnt to have a two-way communication mechanism. Platforms for effective communication have been provided through virtue platforms, email, WhatsApp group as well as face to face engagements with my colleagues either one on one or in smaller groups or as a team.
