Prior to my current role of Assistant Accountant in the Finance Department, I previously saved as Accounts Assistant for two years, from September 2020 to December 2022. In addition to my current position as Assistant Accountant, i have also earned two other appointments that i that perform simultaneously.
- Appointed as Accountant for The National Assembly Savings and Credit Cooperative (NAZ-SACCO) from September 2021 to present. Tasked with the responsibility to process all loan applications, record, maintain, reconcile and safeguard all accounting records, as well as track revenue and expenditure and make sure that recoveries are made on all loans processed.
- Appointed as Systems Support under the Systems Senior Accountant's section from November, 2021 to present. In this role i facilitate the training of staff in the finance department on any training that involves capacity building and also provide close support to each section in the finance department that may have any system related challenges and escalate technical challenges to the systems consultant.
