Send invoices to customers as per the sales orders from the commercial team, and ensure timely supplies to customers.
Handle customer inquiries telephonically, via email, social media, and the website.
Follow up on customer calls, where necessary.
Document, manage, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, as well as provide customers with product and service information.
Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information to maintain an up-to-date database.

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
