As a recent graduate student in Development studies, I'm fully committed to using my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the developmental agenda in my country and the world at large. With experience in researching and analyzing developmental agendas, I hope to use my analytical skills to come up with sustainable policies in major sectors like Health, Education, Agriculture, etc. that will ensure that people's social status is improved. I am also proficient in Data analysis and Collection. I am also able to do programming using (Java script, Python, and SQL). I am currently pursuing a diploma in Psycho Social Counseling and hopefully once I am done I may use my expertise to help raise mental awareness. I am excited to interact with other professionals in the sector, discovering new pathways and platforms towards career advancement and personal development. - In 2013 i was given the opportunity to work for an NGO called Encounter Revival Ministries , located in Luanshya as a Volunteer Youth coordinator , my responsibilities included Daily schedules ,Budgeting ,Transport and logistics and also Social work in the Community up to the year 2015.
- I developed team building skills, interpersonal skills and also very good communication skills
- I am computer literate and am also able to operate software ranging from microsoft office to python programming software.
- Adapted program offerings based on changing community needs or emerging trends in volunteerism among youth demographics.
