  • Worked as a project member on an Instrument modernization project which brought up the reduction in start up time, process optimization and reduced physical control in the plant which resulted in increased safety of the plant and efficiency.
  • Involved in a project for installation of new reactors by increasing turnaround time from one year to two years, thereby reducing costs $4 Million.
  • Worked as a project member on an IT project with consultants to introduce an online materials management system that made the company achieve savings on man hours and a stock record accuracy.
  • Involved in the review and updating of our Purchasing and Stores Manual done in conjunction with a local consultant to bring it in line with necessary levels of efficiency.
  • Awarded Managing Directors recognition for the most innovative employee during our 2019/2020 turnaround when the Covid-19 was at its peak.
