Maintenance planning and scheduling using LISA/Pronto for T284 dump trucks Backlog management Work order creation and closing Attend planning meetings Parts picking and staging Actively take part in KLM reliability meetings, monitoring MTTR and availability and support improvement projects Track and store all information for component service exchange including parts life hours KEY DUTIES Opening, maintaining and closing work orders in Delta Running equipment and component forecast in Excel Backlog management in Excel Extensively analyse work orders and get necessary results Schedule preventive and unplanned corrective maintenance in MS Project Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and shutdowns maintenance plans.

• Ordering materials (consumables, parts and components) for planned and unplanned jobs Expediting materials on order Use BPCS to manage the maintenance of equipment Opening, maintaining and closing jobs in BPCS Actively take part in LCM reliability meetings, monitoring MTTR and availability and support improvement projects Manage and control equipment technical information Discuss and probe the customer cost daily Track and store all information for component service exchange including parts life hours Keep the equipment maintenance history and keep record in LCM Delta and Excel Monitor and record the real equipment running costs Report all major defects to the site foreman Report on incidents/accidents damage to equipment caused by the operators Equipment: Loaders ST18, ST14, Mine trucks MT42, MT431,MT436b and Land cruiser 3 | Page
