Cindy Banda

Cindy Banda is a driven entrepreneur, empowering her community through two small business enterprises: one specializing in sustainable food supply and the other in beauty and personal care services. Her commitment to youth empowerment led to the introduction of a program that provides high school graduates with limited financial resources the opportunity to gain employment, develop skills, and acquire entrepreneurial education. Long-term, Cindy plans to diversify into manufacturing organic beauty products and venture into spa tourism, showcasing Zambia's rich culture, beauty, and hospitality. Through the PDE, she would like to develop her skills in strategic partnerships, data analytics and digital marketing tools, and sustainable business models.
