• Provided general administration, and overall programmatic technical support through budgeting/planning, monitoring and reporting.

a) HIV/TB Medical Officer at Chilenje Pediatric Center of Excellence under the Cooperative Agreement(CoAg) Program.
• In charge of administrative and clinical responsibilities to ensure quality, accessible and sustained HIV and Tuberculosis Services.
• Trainer of The Zambia Comprehensive Pediatric HIV/AIDS Care Training Curriculum having facilitated several trainings in several Districts in Lusaka Province.
b) Chilenje Sub District Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Coordinator.
• Trained, mentored and supported facility staff in development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of Quality Improvement projects.
• Oversaw the implementation of 15 Quality Improvement Projects in the Sub District with 8 being picked at Regional Level and 1 presenting and winning at National Level.

• Overseeing the administrative duties of the hospital including Action Planning, Accounts, Procurement, Human Resource Management and Public Health.
• Provision of quality, equitable and cost-effective clinical and surgical services to the patients.
