management, Project management (Major shutdown maintenance and plant
improvement), warehouse management, engineering spares procurement and
management, electrical and mechanical maintenance and design and implementation
maintenance management systems and strategies. I have experience in the design and
installation of solar power systems (renewable energy) in plant systems and rural water
supply and lighting systems. I am also experienced in implementation of change
management to help in improving the health and safety and maintenance cultures in
the plant. I have excellent experience with CMMS & ERPs like JD Edwards, Maximo
7.1, FiXX, SAP ERP 6.0, and Flowcentric. AutoCAD, MSD365……
My over 16 years of experience has been in supporting operations in maximizing the
utilization, reliability and cost effectiveness of the process plant fixed assets that will
include but not limited to crushers, conveyors (screw, belt, air slides & elevator),
grinding mills, HV electrical drives, MV & HV distribution systems, Electric Motors &
