• Carry out metallurgical services such as;
  1. Perform Metallurgical test works on samples brought by clients.
  2. Carry out full screen analysis on test samples as requested by clients.
  
  
  3. Carry out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies
  to carry out test works.
  4. Perform sample preparations on received ores prior to flotation, Bond
  work index, Leaching etc.
  5. Maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment such as Rod
  mill, Ball Mill, flotation machines Sieve shaker etc.
• Carry out auxiliary functions such as;
  1. Help the Head of Department with reporting writing.
  2. Business and marketing functions
  3. Implement company polices and safety standards to achieve the
  company objectives.
  

• Carry out Metallurgical and Environmental test-works

• Carry out auxiliary functions in the department for effective and quality services delivery such as;

1. Assist the Head of Department in debt collection, in marketing and business development activities.

2. Plan and ensure that projects are completed within budgeted man-hours to improve the business plan objective.

3. Ensure that metallurgical test works in the laboratory, plant surveys and in plant tests are conducted in accordance with test work objectives to meet all client requirements.

• Assisting the Tech. Manager Conduct lab work for plant optimization
  1. Crushing and Grinding
  2. Froth flotation using controlled potential sulphidisation
• Plant familiarization of operations from tank house to Concentrate shed
