Electrical and electronic engineer with 16 years’ experience in the electrical and instrumentation field, in the mining industry. Degree in electronics, from the college of industrial engineers in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Work experience (3 years) in frontier copper mine, subsidiary of first quantum minerals and in Twangiza gold mining, subsidiary of Banro corporation, dealt with instrumentation equipment maintenance and installation.

Parameters of new devices (positioners, flow meters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, weightometers...) before installing, periodic maintenance of These devices, profibus and 4 to 20mA lines.

Activities helped to established good readings with minimum error.

Connections new installed devices to the PLC, for easy remote reading.

Calibration of conveyor belts, alignment of weightometers, to get readings with minimum error.

Maintenance of air compressors and blowers, to avail compressed air to needed placed.

Maintenance of muffle and fusion furnaces, kiln burners to insure right set points for sample fusion and carbon purification

Tanks and pipes thickness test that prevent leaks and kept plant clean (condition monitoring)

Temperature monitoring on electrical cables in panels that increased MCCs safety to 100% (condition monitoring)

Vibration test on pumps and motors that established smooth rotation to max (condition monitoring)
