  • Prepare and carry out detailed failure analysis on all plant machines and engines that are repaired at workshops.
  • Ensure planed and unplanned maintenance works are executed effectively and safely.
  • Monitor plant machinery condition and recommend predictive, preventative and corrective actions.

  • Develop and implement life cycle asset management (LCAM) processes for all project equipment.
  • Schedule maintenance activities pertaining to plant machinery and engines with optimum utilization of resources, manpower, materials, and time.
  • Ensure timely availability of spares and tools by timely raising of requisitions using CMMS.

  • Develop maintenance section budget and ensure compliance to budget through efficient and efficient utilization of workforce and material resources.
