• Chairperson, Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) – Luapula Chapter, 08/24 – Present, provide professional and administrative leadership for resident doctors across Luapula Province, advocate for improved working conditions, training quality, welfare, and professional development, represent resident doctors in engagements with hospital management, provincial health leadership, and national professional bodies, lead mentorship, advocacy, and professional cohesion initiatives within the province
• Chairperson, Mansa General Hospital Research Committee, 05/25 – Present, lead and coordinate the hospital’s research agenda to promote ethical, relevant, and high-quality clinical and operational research, oversee proposal review, mentorship of early-career researchers, and alignment with national research regulations, support capacity building in research methods, manuscript development, and evidence-based practice, strengthen institutional research culture as part of health system improvement
• Executive Director and Co-Founder, Alliance Against Antimicrobial Antipathy (AAA), 06/23 – Present, founded and lead a youth-led non-governmental organization addressing antimicrobial resistance through advocacy, education, research, and partnerships, coordinate community outreach, professional awareness campaigns, and stakeholder collaboration at local and national levels
• Chairperson (founding), The Piggy Bank Campaign – Ndola Chapter, 05/18 – 05/22, while in medical school, served as founding chairperson of a community-based organization focused on improving access to education for vulnerable children, led fundraising initiatives that supported school fees, learning materials, and educational needs for over 1,000 vulnerable children in community schools in Ndola District of Zambia, coordinated structured mentorship programs promoting academic motivation, life skills, and leadership development, organized and participated in voluntary teaching activities in underserved schools, oversaw program planning, volunteer coordination, stakeholder engagement, and accountability over two leadership terms
• President (former), Copperbelt University Students Union president, 05/19 – 05/20 / 05/21 – 05/22, served two terms as president of the Students’ Union, represented students at the University Senate level, and led governance, outreach, and community health education activities

• Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) – Young Doctor Award, 12/19/25, national award recognizing a doctor with less than five years of practice who has demonstrated outstanding medical professionalism, ethical conduct, innovation, and commitment to service within resource-limited settings, recognized for leadership potential and contribution to improved healthcare outcomes in Zambia
