CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNICATION TOWER PROJECT PHASE II: Awarded by the Zambia Government to construct 1000+ communication tower with Huawei being the main Contractors.

• Dug ditches or trenches, backfilled excavations or compacted and leveled earth to grade specifications.
• Interpreting construction drawings on site during the tower construction of bases, columns, solar pitch, and all concrete works. This included setting out the tower, supervising excavation, backfills, compactions, and all civil-related works on site.
• Supervision of the concrete ratio and mixing during the construction of tower columns, base foundations, and solar foundations. e.t.c
• Supervision of tower painting, assembling, and rigging to the required height.
• Quality control of concrete and testing of concrete cubes to achieve maximum concrete strength.
• Supervised concrete works with a concrete volume of up to 30 m³ on each communication tower. A total of 180 m³ of concrete volume is needed to complete six assigned communication towers.
• Held meeting with the different contractors to discuss the challenges affecting the sites and to find solutions to the problems that each site experienced.
• Ensured the smooth running of the site and solved all construction and non-construction-related problems for the smooth running of the site.
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times, and all workers are in full safety gear at all times.
