- Monitoring driver KPI reports and debriefing scores, ensuring all failed driver KPIs are fully investigated, establishing the root cause of failure, coordinating required rectification with HR (discipline), Training (gaps identified), Workshop (workshop SOPs), load master (safe loading), Admin (vehicle documentation), and Fleet manager (Journey management/documentation)
