Administrative & Logistics Officer

  • Appointed as the Administrative & Logistics officer
  • As the CEO position at the Club was still part-time, was responsible for managing and overseeing the operation of the Club including the supervision of the secretariat
  • During this time managed to win 3 League titles and 1 ABSA Cup

My key responsibilities included among others;

  • Oversee and/or facilitate compilation and maintenance of documents to ensure the club is compliant with Club Licensing requirements of FAZ, CAF, and FIFA,
  • Management of the club’s budgets,
  • Manage and Oversee player registration both local and foreign,
  • Ensure that all club recruitments/transfers are done fairly, ethically, and in a legal manner,
  • Oversee club travel logistics both local and abroad,
  • Coordinated all travel logistics for CAF match officials during the CAF Inter-club Championship.
  • Helped the Match Commissioners / General coordinator to manage the games logistics on match days
  • HR Management of the players and other staff members of the club,
  • Management of stakeholder relationships,
  • Manage / Oversee formulation of the club’s strategic plan,
  • Manage / Oversee the club’s policy and procedure documents.

  • Was appointed in January, 2014 to oversee the restructuring of the registrar’s office, at FAZ

The main roles among others include;

  • Overseeing and supervision of the players and officials registration on the E.Connect FIFA platform,
  • Organize Players Status committee meetings and hearings,
  • Organize Disciplinary committee meetings and hearings,
  • Supervise match venues to make sure the CAF and FIFA requirements are in order
  • Organized, reviewed, and filed paperwork for secure recordkeeping.
  • Developed and implemented registration policies, procedures and timelines for smooth administration processes.
