Currently serving as a full-time lecturer and Head of Department at Kapasa MakasaUniversity while actively participating in numerous local and international agricultural seminars and training programs.Recognized for advanced research skills, strong leadership qualities, and designation as a member and Fellow of the Agricultural Institute of Zambia (F-AIZ), contributing to the advancement of agricultural sector in the country.

Special Training

  • - LONGPING HIGH TECH - Changsha City - China (2018) I attended a 3 months training in China called "Advanced Crop Production Techniques for developing countries" and got a certificate. Knowledge was acquired on how best yields of crops especially maize can be increased alongside environmental sustainability and resilience to climate change approaches.


  • - FAO/ UN TRAINING PROGRAM, Zambia (2013) I attended a 1 month intensive training in Soil Organic Carbon Stock Inventory and obtained a certificate. This was in preparation for bi-carbon soils assessment project. I was also trained in GPS operation, Remote sensing ad GIS to have an understanding of the Zambia's forest cover.


  • - EMPOWERED WORLD VIEW (WORLD VISION) - 2023 This training was aimed at promoting sustainable farming methods and take farming as a serious business. It gives the different perception and approach to the practice of sustainable agriculture.
