  • Prepared an updated status report on the GEF Strengthening of National Protected Areas of Eswatini Mid Term Review recommendations implementation.

  • I facilitated Technical Assistance on the Climate
    Promise Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) Support Programme. I represented UNDP on the NDC partnership. Worked with Government counterparts to get consensus on the Technical Assistance and various aspects of the Climate Promise.
  • Engaged with Regional Technical Advisors for Africa to prepare roadmap to develop the proposals and secured Designation of Authority (DOA) for the country to engage technical assistance for the Project Preparation Grant (PPG) targeted at the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) National consultant with inputs and clearance from Government.
  • Ensured the establishment of a knowledge culture with effective advocacy tools, focusing on achievement of the following results:
  • Participated in UNDP Country Programme Document (CPD) development process at country level and provided input in areas of energy, industrialization and climate change financing opportunities under vertical funds.
  • Facilitated linkages for an orientation for online procurement system (PROMPT) which took place and now the office is in the process of having its procurement processes online.
