- Spearheaded the design and development of the Xtal Fleet Management System as a key team member. This system has been successfully operational for over 2 years at a Mauritania copper mine, serving as the primary fleet monitoring tool for tracking production metrics such as breakdowns and truck loads.
- Innovatively created the Electronic Infield Training Assessments (EITF), a comprehensive system spanning four platforms. The first platform is a PowerApps application designed for offline use, featuring dynamically generated questions for trainers in the field. This triggers a workflow to a web-based system for approvals and document control. The third platform is a mobile application enabling supervisors to scan cards for training compliance, and the fourth platform, deployed in shift change areas, allows operators and employees to check compliances by scanning their cards.
- Played a pivotal role in the transformation of mining reports from manual and Excel formats to automation. Achieved this by generating Power BI and SSRS reports, coupled with the seamless data integration of Wenco.
- Conceptualized and developed SafetyNetX, a commercial Safety Management System for the company. This system efficiently handles ISO, contractor management, and occupational health and safety compliances.
- Designed and developed ZEGMA (Zambia Economic Growth Management Application), a web-based Progressive Web App (PWA). ZEGMA serves as a monitoring tool for government projects and GDP, providing high-level reports to the president on the country's development status.
