- Monitoring the activities in the four provinces and from 194 health facilities
- Compile Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports for submission to the Prime
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of activities in all the four provinces and provide technical support where needed
- Attending meetings on behalf of the CITAMplus and TBLON with our partners and relevant stakeholders

- Monitor, supervise, mentor and manage volunteers under the TB LON project in the 32 health facilities in both Lusaka and Chongwe districts respectively
- Dissemination of TB information and techniques to the volunteers engaged under the TB LON project
- Conduct weekly, and monthly spot checks of activities in all the health facilities that the organization is implementing activities into by physical visits and phone conversations
- Work closely with the TB focal point nurses in all the facilities and the lab techs for easy collaboration and feedback on the sputum samples that would have been sent to the lab
- Facilitate in house orientations on new TB information and also conduct capacity building sessions to the volunteers
- Hold weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting with the TB focal point nurses and volunteers to evaluate the work progression and also address the identified gaps to improve the quality of data and activities being conducted in all the health facilities
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual reports to the project manager
- Attend weekly situation room meetings with the partners who are CIDRZ and Afya Mzuri to deliberate on the progression of work and activities as a consortium
- Managed to hold meetings with all the volunteers in the 32 health facilities in Lusaka and Chongwe districts on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Managed to conduct monthly and quarterly visits and holding meetings with the facility-based TB focal point nurses
- Provided guidance, mentorship, and supervisory meetings with all the volunteers in all the facilities where we implemented the TB LON project
- Attended all the situation room meetings at consortium level
- Disseminated information regarding TB to the volunteers and also conducted physical one on one deliberation with all the volunteers to assess their levels of understanding of the project indicators

- Participated in the consortium Data Quality Audits that would be conducted in the health facilities where our presence was there

- Designing, testing and rolling out of data collection tools for the organization across all projects despite being employed under the Tuberculosis Local Organizations Network (TB LON) project
- Design reporting templates for the TB LON project at organization level
- The named officer will also be responsible for analyzing data as it comes from the sources and make it user friendly for all to understand
- The officer will be a linkage between the organization officers and the communities where data will be coming from, including the health facilities where the organization will be implementing its activities
- The officer will also have to design the M & E framework for the organization bearing in mind all the activities that might be implemented across the board
- Receive data from the district coordinators for populating into the excel reporting template
- Enter the data in the project database and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and at any time as requested by the project manager or any other officer
