  • To correct all goods bought or supplied to the institution by suppliers except in the case where a technical officer is required determines other technical area
  • Receives and reviews each requisition for completeness recommends and evaluates quotations as a team
  • Support development and establishment of standards and specifications for the procurement of goods and service
  • Supervise, mentor, manage and motivate staff for optimal performance
  • Train staff on the use of EGP and Microsoft Dynamic’s Navision and on general best practice on procurement
  • Ensure the functionality of E-Tendering module and mapping of contract management in EGP and Microsoft Dynamic’s Navision
