My work experience spans a period of about 23 years, starting from 1999 at Anti-Corruption Commission. Once I gained preliminary work experience from my first job I moved on to the Water Resources Action Programme as a communications/public relations specialist. With that stint I established my foundation advising the Government through Ministry of Energy and Water Development, and later joined the ERB in July 2006 as Communications Officer (Spokesperson). There I was soon after appointed to act as Director Consumer and Consumer Affairs in October 2006 till February 2017. Then, my department was restructured and I was appointed to lead the team as Head Consumer and Public Affairs and later rose to the position of Director.
