Human Resource Support

  • Provide assistance with writing job descriptions, and ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.

Executive Office: To ensure the smooth running of the executive office through the provision of high-level administrative support to the Country Director. In addition, provide administrative support to EOT projects and activities to the Executive Team and the Board.

  • Ensure overall efficient operations of the Executive Office including filing system (electronic and paper based), provide effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • MSZ Board, ET and MAT meetings. Provide a full range of confidential administrative and prepare meetings.
  • Business Planning Cycle – participate in the planning and development of annual Business Plan including setting Executive Office Budget
  • Ensuring Effective Corporate Governance – responsible for obtaining and storing company licences, registrations, country level MoUs and all other legal binding documents.
  • Providing PA support to the Country Director – Initiate and action work independently, bringing urgent matters to the Country Director’s attention.

Facility Management

  • Creating a Master Excel template that contains details of all contract types (rental, security, insurance, maintenance, ambulance etc) with expiry dates and contact information
  • Standardize rental contracts
  • Standardize other recurring contract templates (such as A.C maintenance, bio waste disposal, fire extinguisher maintenance etc)
