1. Operating the card system for card production and make daily report on card production and prospective customers lists to sell the RUBIS CARD.
2. Manage the daily recording, repair, maintenance of the POS machines and daily lesion with customers on post and prepaid regarding accounts and product updates.
3. Ensure and maintains excellent customer service through Card Hotline. Follows up and ensures customers complaints or issues are handled promptly and professionally.
4. Resolving customer and station complaints with the help of the Card Area Sales Manager by providing appropriate solutions.
5. Attend to customer complaints and enquiries through calls and emails.
6. Card Processing, settings configuration, and management of new and existing cards.
7. Monitoring self-registration system
8. POS configuration & monitoring
9. Top up of customer cards and monitoring top up.
10. Recording and Filing customer records i.e., form applications, memos; recons etc.
11. Attend to walk in clients by helping them sign up for the card.
12. Uphold and sustain high safety standards in the portfolio operations in line with the RUBIS ENERGY ZAMBIA safety standard.
13. Participate and manage events to market the company brand and products, Maintain professional relationships with clients, and other external contacts and colleagues. Attend to other functions not covered above by coordinating with retail fuel card customer needs, issues, attends fuel card meetings, retail and commercial meetings, courses and undertakes other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
