• Register and maintain a comprehensive database of persons with disabilities in the province, ensuring accurate and up-todate information.
• Facilitate the registration of organizations for and of Persons with Disabilities ( OPD’s) through constitution guidance in line with the Persons with Disability Act No .6 of 2012 and cover minutes preparations .
• Conduct accessibility audits to identify buildings that are inaccessible to persons with disabilities and report findings to the provincial coordinator for further action.
• Assist in conducting thorough need assessments of persons with disabilities to identify their requirements and make informed recommendations to the provincial coordinator.
• •Prepare and submit various reports (monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual) to provide insights and updates on the province's disability support services.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee files and establishment registers for the district and province.
• Manage and update the inventory of agency assets, ensuring that all resources are properly accounted for and maintained.
• Transport clients with disabilities to and from treatment areas, ensuring safe and accessible transportation.
• Develop and distribute clear and effective rollout communications for programs and services.
• Provide instruction and support to clients in self-care and instrumental activities of daily living, empowering them to develop essential skills.

•Assessing the children and administrative work under social welfare department.

• Fieldwork under family preservation empowerment program (FPEP) to empower vulnerable families as to prevent the children end up into the facility.

• Family assessment and tracing the parents of the child for reintegration and promotion of family based care.

• Providing training to prospective foster and adoptive parents.

• Attending Court session during committal and grant of adoption order to foster and adoptive parents as a probation officer
