- Made achievements as both Manager and clinician in reducing maternal deaths and improving general reproductive health in Siavonga District
- Greatly changed the landscaped of maternal and child health programme in Pemba district resulting into minimal child and maternal mortalities
- Headed the committee that formulated the 2017 – 2021 strategic plan at Siavonga District Hospital, as first ever Hospital to develop such a document in Southern Province
- Had managed to set up and establish a Mini Theatre for emergency and elective primary surgeries in Pemba, a first in the District
- Managed to collaborate with partners and opened a number of health posts in Pemba
- Served as the JETS President at Lubwe High School and holds record of scooping the 2nd best prize in Chemistry Olympiads in 2005.
