• As the custodian of the core Customs Automated System for Customs Data-ASYCUDAWorld, provides leadership and Champions efforts to apply disruptive technologies in Customs operations.
• Implemented five key processes- Passenger Clearance, CTEP, auto Suspensions, 80% of Warehouse Module enhancements, Agent Appointment module; AirCargo Courier Management
• Responsible for System developments that include supervision of User Requirements (URs) formulation, Business Process analysis Feeding into policy formulation through Data and trend analysis;

Responsible for the throughput of the entire Airport Customs clearance Procedures for both Passenger and Commercial Clearance; Team Leader for the implementation of Expedited AirCargo Shipments and related E-Manifest, working with WCO expertise. Overly effectively supported the enforcement of the Customs & Excise Act through the development of strategies, actions and practices aimed at the management and supervision of all Customs work areas in the Region.

• In Charge of the biggest Customs in-land Station, accounting for the dispensation of Customs suspense procedures and Bonded Warehouse operations. Supported Business trading community for all inland customs related processes ensuring compliance to the governing laws and procedures on Imports, Exports and Transits.

• Coordinated and Supervised the Centralized Processing Centres country wide by monitoring throughput to ensure transactional documents were effectively and efficiently processed assuring compliance.

• managed activities and resources in enhancing both Revenue and Non Revenue Performance for the country's major ports connected to the CPC; Provided leadership to the Centre in aligning to the Import and Export provisions under the Act and adherence to the tenets of trade facilitation through supervision of work processes under Centralized Processing Centre(CPC).

• Managed the busiest One Stop Border Post as Station Manager and as the lead Agency in coordinating other Border agencies ; Accounted for Revenue collection ; Compliance trends monitoring ;Supervised the Enforcement of the Customs provisions; Station Administration; Tax Payers education and guidance on Tax Matters, Client management; Staff management; and Liaison with neighbour Authority(ZIMRA) including external stakeholders.
