- Monitoring and Evaluation of constituency development fund (CDF) projects in Kaoma district. To formulate templates used for the monitoring of CDF projects.
- Engaged in both long and short-term project planning, strategizing for on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Formulation of the district integrated development plan and monitoring of its operation.
- Working with both government and non-government actors to create strategic plans for the implementation of decentralization initiatives, considering both short-term and long-term goals.
- Providing training and capacity-building programs for local authorities and other relevant stakeholders to enhance their understanding of decentralization principles and practices in the district.
- Advise the Local Authority through Council meetings on the development and review of legal and regulatory frameworks to support decentralization efforts in the district.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between central and local authorities, as well as engaging with local communities to ensure their active participation in the decentralization process is enhanced.
- Assisting in designing financial management systems that ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources at the local level, including budgeting and revenue generation.
- Responsible for the formulation of Ward Development Committees and operations in the district.
- Responsible for the training of community champions in community Led total sanitation.
- Prioritized schedules to meet project goals and overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks at the Local Authority associated with decentralization and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
