Accomplishments

One of the most significant achievements that I am proud of as a nurse is being able to build relationships with my patients based on trust and communication. I had a patient who had a history of being non-compliant with their medication regimen, which resulted in numerous ER visits. Through talking to the patient and understanding their concerns, I was able to build a rapport with them and come up with a plan that worked for their lifestyle. The patient became more compliant with their medications and experienced fewer complications.
