As a proactive learner and collaborative team player, I consistently seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. With a logical and practical approach to problem-solving, I possess a deep commitment to the completion of complex tasks. Additionally, I excel at fostering effective working relationships across hierarchical levels, ensuring successful outcomes in various academic and professional contexts.

Currently, I am in the final stages of my doctoral research in Business and Management at the University of Zambia (UNZA), where I am affiliated with the Graduate School of Business. My academic and professional journey has afforded me broad interdisciplinary expertise in the fields of public administration, project management, and business strategy, complementing my roles in teaching, consultancy, and research.
