Jennifer Chilanga has 9 years of joint professional experience in Monitoring Evaluation, Research, Policy and Planning, Audit and Risk management, Human Resource, Business Event Management and Content Development. She invested the formative years of her career in Human Resource as an intern, then Internal Audit, Risk Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. Jennifer aspires for a fast-paced, complex and challenging work environment that offers exceptional chances to understand and contribute to national economic growth and development of Zambia and currently in the energy sector which is a key life line to Development. Jennifer worked at Zambia Development Agency where she served as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Planning Officer and Research Analyst. Before this she was a Systems Assurance officer in the first ever set up division of Internal Audit & Risk at Zambia Development Agency. Jennifer is also a member of Zambia Monitoring & Evaluation Association - ZaMEA. When God gives a workspace, it is imperative to serve and make a difference.
