Condition Monitoring: Implement condition monitoring techniques on critical assets in the plant, i.e. Mills, Pumps, Conveyor systems, Crushers, Floatation systems, CCDs and Tails Lines. The techniques mentioned above include: Vibration Analysis, Oil analysis, Thermography, Visual inspections.
Shaft Laser Alignment: Conduct alignments on newly installed or repositioned components especially motors pumps and gearboxes.
Downtime Validation: Conduct downtime validation meetings alongside section engineers to make sure all automatic system downtimes recorded are accurate and updated with the correct reasons. This inputs into departmental KPIs.
Preventive Maintenance Task Reviews: Review available preventive maintenance tasks for Crushing, milling, floatation and tails sections and update them accordingly with latest findings from condition monitoring analysis results and running inspection recommendations.
Report Writing: Prepare various reports such as failure analysis reports, condition monitoring reports and running inspection reports with recommendations.
