  • Ensure that relevant Government and African Development Bank policies, manuals and guidelines are properly adhered to in the process of project implementation at the provincial level;
  • Ensure and assist the preparation of Annual Work Plans (AWP) by different stakeholders of CRLMP at the provincial level and coordinate and follow-up the implementation thereof;
  • Prepare and submit to MFL the list of goods and services to be procured at the central/ PIU level.
  • Work closely with the provincial and District MFL offices to ensure the proper implementation of the project and the timely financial, physical and impact reporting of the implementation of the project to the PIU.
  • Monitor and closely follow-up all short- and long-term trainings being undertaken from the province and provide any assistance required by the training specialists of the PIU;
  • Follow-up the progress achieved in the implementation of the project in the province with special reference to monitoring indicators and inform the Technical Committee of any difficulties met in project implementation in a timely manner.;
  • Liaison with relevant institutions in the province in matters requiring cooperation and coordination of activities;
  • Prepare and submit to the PIU financial and physical progress reports of the project in the province;
  • Coordinate and facilitate provincial project annual review and send a detailed report through the PIU at MFL for their review and comment on the progress of the project at the provincial level;
  • Prepare and submit to the PIU quarterly Program Implementation Progress Reports which will include summary of activities undertaken as per the AWP;
  • Facilitate for Mid-Term Review (MTR) and furnish to the PIU with information describing the status of the implementation of each component of the project at the provincial level;
  • Prepare all the necessary information needed and assist in the preparation of Project Implementation Completion Report (ICR).
