

Accomplished Project Management and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) professional with over five years of progressive experience across USAID, GIZ, CEEC, and Government-funded agricultural development programmes in Zambia. Specialises in multi-actor programme delivery, digital data systems, M&E framework design, and results-based management in complex donor environments. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration at the University of Zambia, with doctoral research focused on funding architecture, delivery fragmentation, and the scalability of digital agriculture initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa — directly advancing the evidence base for sustainable, multi-donor agricultural programming.
