  • Started working as a Control Room Operator in the Hydro Metallurgical section of the processing plant
  • Responsible for controlling the process of copper leaching, counter current decantation, solution clarification, dewatering, and monitoring and controlling
  • Basic knowledge on SCADA (Supervisor’s control and data acquisition).

  • Worked under the process control department calibration of the on stream analyzers as an operator.

  • Assigned to do a project to evaluate the performance of various collectors on various mineral ores
  • Carried out various flotation and leach tests with respect to what is happening on the plant
  • Assigned to monitor the flotation cell and analyzing the assays coming from the laboratory
  • Also assigned to do various tasks involved in this field such as particle size distribution (Using either dry or wet screening) and sample preparation (Crushing, grinding, blending, and pulverizing).
