Kalumba Martin is an experienced program manager, social researcher, and consultant with over 8 years of experience. He has successfully led national and international development projects, including a regional SIDA framework with Plan International. As the Region Projects Coordinator at Plan International's MEESA office, he effectively managed the PASAP & CSO Effectiveness Projects. Additionally, he coordinates a multi-agency consortium for the delivery of a complex integrated project in Zambia (CIVSAM), ensuring targets are met and maintaining strong relationships between Plan International Zambia and consortium partners. With his expertise in partnership and donor management, Kalumba has worked with reputable organizations such as Care International, Plan International, and Caritas Zambia.

• Kalumba Martin has over 10 years of experience in program management, social research, partnership management and consulting. He has led and managed projects both at national and international development experience; having worked for a regional SIDA framework with Plan. Kalumba is currently working as the MEESA Region Projects Coordinator (PASAP & CSO Effectiveness Projects) on secondment apart from being a Program Manager for the partner managed SIDA project at Plan International Zambia; he is coordinating a multi-agency consortium for the delivery of a complex integrated Project (CIVSAM) in Zambia, with overall responsibility for achievement of targets. He is also in charge of mediating between Plan International Zambia and consortium partners to maintain consistent delivery standards and good working relationships across the partners. Kalumba has diverse experience in partnership and donor management; having worked with CSOs such as Care International, Plan International and Caritas Zambia.
