I have more than 7 years' progressive experience in INTERPOL as a liaison officer serving as a key point of contact between INTERPOL and national law enforcement agencies and facilitating international Police cooperation. My role among others include acting as the primary liaison between INTERPOL and domestic law enforcement agencies, facilitating the exchange of information and intelligence related to criminal activities across borders, ensuring compliance with INTERPOL's policies and regulations, representing INTERPOL at national and International meetings, conferences and working groups, coordinating international investigations and joint operations and provide training and support to national law enforcement officers on INTERPOL systems and procedures. I have worked for International Police Organisation since October 2017, rising from INTERPOL Liaison Officer Desk Officer and INTERPOL secure system operator position to Senior Liaison and Chief Inspector, working in a high office of national motor vehicle clearing twice as a 2nd officer in charge, Silverest INTERPOL as well as Chilanga INTERPOL Branch, International documents analyst, senior motor examiner, supervising 23 officers under my charge. Acted as INTERPOL Logistics officer making reservation booking of air tickets, accommodation for local and international trips for INTERPOL junior and senior officers.

Deputy Officer in Charge Motor Vehicle Clearing

  • Currently working as a deputy officer in charge Motor Vehicle clearing INTERPOL Chilanga branch, to Clear, prepare and sign cross border permits and provide expert advice based on transnational cross border crimes within the SADC region.
  • Worked as the INTERPOL I-24/7 Global Police Secured Network as Liaison officer at the National Central Bureau in Lusaka.
  • Conducting inspections, search and screening of wanted persons, stolen motor vehicles, firearms, Drugs and other unlawful related acts occur within and outside our country in all restricted areas.
  • Worked as a protocol officer at National Central Bureau INTERPOL Lusaka, to facilitate the travel of staff members going to other countries on official business, secures their visas, completion of courtesy, Air tickets and any other travel documents and liaising with all the embassies accreted to Zambia.
  • Acts as a communication contact person among 190 INTERPOL member countries and handles coordination with travel (agents) Airlines.
  • Coordinate meetings arrangements for team members, including room bookings, room set-up, sending invitations and liaising with attendees, maintain office equipment and provide a good working environment at working place.
  • To facilitate communication between INTERPOL NCB Lusaka and other 194 INTERPOL member countries to exchange criminal intelligence information and compiling comprehensive crime situation reports for my country.
  • Worked as a Computer operator and desk officer at the Interpol National Central Bureau in Lusaka, Zambia.
  • Provide assistant to the head of INTERPOL NCB Lusaka.
