• Ensure mining plans and directions for drilling, blasting, loading and hauling are strictly adhered to any deviation is resolved with the Quarry Manager within 24 hours
• Liaise with Plant maintenance service crew regarding timely service of drills rigs so as to increase availability of the drills
• Follow-up on Contractor service schedules so that loading and hauling operations are not affected by inadequacy of contractor mobile equipment
• Prevent encroachment of Company property by constant vigilance around the property boundaries
• Introduce all quarry working methods to comply with local laws and Chilanga Cement environmental standards (air quality, noise, vibration and water)
