- Worked as quality-inspector product in one of the largest copper Mines in southern Africa, Konkola Copper Mines limited
- My work and responsibilities involved ensuring products being exported meet the contractual quality expectations of the customers
- Work also involved conducting quality audits of the individual department that handled part of the process leading the the final product through the export department
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
- Documenting complaints for future reference
- Retrieval of data related to exported products, including date of production, physical inspection, chemical clearance and analytical certificates
- The core business of a quality inspector was to ensure customers are satisfied and assured of the best products conforming to their standards
