He is computer literate with the ability to use such software packages as ACL, Microsoft Office, Projects, Visio, 3D Home Architect, Prokon, STAAD Pro, Civil Design, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD. Has over fifteen years of experience in infrastructure development related projects (both donor and government funded) covering among others contract management, contract procurement, rigid and flexible pavement designs, earthworks supervision, building design and supervision, structural foundation designs and construction supervisions, weighbridges, culverts and roadway designs, irrigation, borehole sitting-design and construction supervision. Nine years out of this involved public roads project monitoring and contract administration at senior management level.
